We maintain an extensive network of GPs, fund managers, and other investment sponsors across all major asset classes and structures. Our rigorous due diligence process provides for a systematic review of these opportunities, ensuring all potential investments receive a thorough initial review as well as ongoing updates. Performance dispersion in private markets is far greater than in public markets, making manager selection critical for client outcomes.
We work closely with advisors to develop a customized investment policy statement for each client's private markets exposure. This process begins with a review of the client's risk tolerance, time horizon, and other constraints, which informs the recommended asset allocation, cash management program, and implementation strategy. We will also assist the advisor with client communication and education, if desired.
We provide our advisor clients with operational support to include managing subscriptions and redemptions, monitoring key activities such as capital calls and distributions, performance reporting and presentation, and fee computation and billing execution. Our goal is to provide a streamlined platform that does not disrupt the other areas of our advisor clients' core businesses.

We work with advisory firms seeking to establish branded LP feeder funds and fund-of-one solutions as well as investment sponsors seeking outside capital by providing solutions including fund structure consultation, access to 3rd party legal, admin, and audit relationships, investor relations support, and capital formation services.
Separately Managed Accounts
As a Registered Investment Advisor, we are able manage discretionary and non-discretionary customized SMA portfolios in an advisory or sub-advisory role for more complex situations that warrant a more hands-on approach.
